Space Application and Exhibition Participation Contract
(A) EXHIBITION SPACE REQUIREMENT (Please tick as appropriate)
We, hereby , apply to participate in `INDIAPACK 2006’, as Exhibitor and be alloted a space as per following specifications :-

PAYMENT TERMS
Payment Schedule :
(i) 20% at the time of Booking
(ii) 40% on or before June 30, 2006
(iii) 40% on or before September 30, 2006
 
MODE OF PAYMENT
Local Cheque / Bank Draft drawn in favour of -
‘Tafcon Projects (India) Pvt.Ltd. A/c INDIAPACK’ payable at New Delhi.
• All Bank charges payable by the Exhibitor.
   
  Important :
 
  • The SSI rate of Rs.5,000/- per sqm. is applicable to Small Scale Industries with “Valid Registration Certificate as on date”, only.
  • Give name of the Association of which the Exhibitor is a member.
  NOTE:
 
  • Service Tax @ 12.24% will be applicable on above rates.
  • Built up Stalls include - Carpet, Wall Panels, Fascia (with Company Name & Stall No.), 1 Table, 2 Chairs, 5 Spot Lights, one Electrical Socket per 12 sq.mt.
